Terms of Service for TherapyAlly

1. Authorized Use Only

TherapyAlly is intended exclusively for use by organizations or individuals who are either currently under contract with Bethel Therapy LLC, or actively seeking to enter into a professional business relationship with Bethel Therapy LLC (e.g., onboarding, negotiating terms, or under review).

If you do not fall into one of these categories, you are not permitted to access or use TherapyAlly. Unauthorized use may result in suspension and legal action.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate and complete user information, use a valid, authorized email address (e.g., from your organization), and be approved by Bethel Therapy LLC or its administrators.

You are responsible for all activities under your account and must protect your credentials.

3. Booking and Scheduling

You may use TherapyAlly to reserve rooms and other resources at the Allied Health Center, view, modify, or cancel your bookings, and manage usage in alignment with your current or prospective agreement with Bethel Therapy LLC.

Misuse of booking privileges may result in restricted access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to access the Service without proper authorization, engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive behavior, impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship to Bethel Therapy LLC, or interfere with system security or other users' access.

5. Intellectual Property

TherapyAlly, including all software, content, and branding, is the property of Bethel Therapy LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, revoke access if your business relationship with Bethel Therapy LLC ends or is not pursued, and remove or restrict access for security, legal, or operational reasons.

8. No Warranties

TherapyAlly is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it meets your specific business needs or expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bethel Therapy LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, data loss or missed reservations, or issues caused by user error or unauthorized access.

10. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Bethel Therapy LLC is headquartered.
